GriefShare is a grief recovery support group where you can find help and healing for the hurt of losing a loved one.
GriefShare groups meet weekly to help you face the challenges arising from the loss of a spouse, child, family member or friend and move toward rebuilding your life. Each of the 13 sessions of the GriefShare Cycle includes: a video seminar with experts, group discussion and you are invited to complete some workbook based personal study and reflection in your own time.
At Holywood Baptist Church we plan to provide the GriefShare Programme. You can find out more by contacting the church office by
email or by telephone; one of our GriefShare team leaders will get back to you. Help is available to people who are grieving their loss at all times (even when a programme is not in progress).
If you are struggling with a loss not due to a death, GriefShare is not designed to meet your grief needs for healing but as a church we offer pastoral care to any situation where such help is needed.
GriefShare Courses are held regularly - the next course will commence on
Tuesday, 5 November from 7.00pm - 9.00pm in the Church Building.
If you have any questions please contact the church office - 028 9042 1519
Surviving the Holidays is a 2 hour seminar to provide encouragement, support and valuable tools to navigate the challenges of the holiday season.
This will be held in the church on Tuesday, 10 December from 7.00pm - 9.00pm. Everyone is welcome, there is no need to register.
